I have owned my 2011 Chevy Cruze for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. When I purchased the car, I was not pressured and my Sales Consultant Pete Tourso and Sales Manager Frank Ali made sure that I got the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price. Since the model with the options that I wanted was not on the lot, Pete did not try to convince me to settle for something else. Instead, he and Frank tracked down the vehicle I wanted and I was driving it the next day! Since I was trading my old vehicle in, I was pleased that they were very fair when assessing the trade-in value. They were up-front and honest and treated me like they valued me as not only a customer, but also as a person. In addition, Business Manager Scott Shanker assured that I got the best rate possible for my loan and he explained everything and took the time to answer all of my questions. Pete, Frank, and Scott provided outstanding customer service and I will definitely recommend Oasis to anyone who is looking for a new (or used) vehicle. I could not have asked for a more pleasant car-buying experience! =)

Pleasant Experience at Your Dealership
Please permit me to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Eric Freedman, and operate a chiropractic/holistic nutrition/ and wellness center in our local community.
After much research, regarding the repair of my 2003 Tahoe, I am quite please with my choice of Oasis Chevrolet, and with the quality care and service provided by the staff of your dealership.
To direct the appropriate commendation to your personnel, let me say that Anthony N, Troy C., Vinny S, and Sonya S. were most effective in seeing to it that the work on my vehicle, and related matters, were performed laudably.
In particular, Anthony made certain that the customer, I, was going to be fully satisfied with the job performed. He went "above and beyond" to make certain that this would be the end result. Anthony introduced me to Troy. Troy spoke to me in on a personal level to explain the job required, which made me, the customer, VERY CONFIDENT that the work would be done correctly, and to my satisfaction.
After the repair, and after picking up my vehicle, we had a situation develop that warranted an immediate response, on yet, Saturday, and late morning. Thanks to Vinny my truck was delivered to your facility; and, further, he arranged that another vehicle be provided to me, through your dealership, as transportation.
And, as for Sonya, she was most helpful in epediating my requests and needs to the approriate personnel.

ONLY NJ Dealership who...
I have to say from the first time I dealt with the Internet team (Marvin Drobes and Allen Meyer) they were the only NJ Chevrolet dealership who actually quoted me a price on the vehicle. When I came in to meet them, they treated me with the utmost respect and were true to their word. They also introduced me to my salesman, Thomas Mozingo, who was very professional, knowlegable and personable.
Recently, I had walked out of showrooms from other dealerships in digust in the way I was unfairly treated, the untrue statements, wasting my valuable time.
It is clear to me that Oasis Chevrolet in Old Bridge, NJ will win an award for best dealerships in the Central NJ area. Thomas Mozingo worked diligently until he found the vehicle exactly what I wanted, with my option, my features and no question ("why do you want a 6 cylinder") which is what I had gotten from other dealerships. When the deal was made, I then met with Jon Leone who was also a knowlegable person with patience.

Helpful makes the sale.
I was very unsure of what I wanted when I walked into Oasis Chevrolet. Tom Mozingo, my salesman, was very helpful. He spoke to me about different options. He was very patient with me. He didn't make me feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. When I decided the car I wanted, he took me for a test drive, explained all the details of the car and was able to make my payments so I could afford them. He got the car washed and gassed up and ready for me to take home the same day.
Since then I have been back to Oasis once to sign papers and once to pick up my plates. Tom always spotted me when I walked in and made sure I was helped immediately and to my satisfaction. There is a piece of weatherstripping that needed to be replaced on the back window and Tom arranged for me to drop the car off early in the morning and get a ride to work and also get a ride to pick me up and get my car back when it is finished. I know if I need any help in the future, I can count on Tom to help.

Just a note to tell you how greatly impressed and satisfied I am with your Service Manager Mike and your whole shop. As a service tech myself I know how important the service after the sale is even though I didn't buy from you... but I will be buying my next Chevy from Oasis!

To provide some background information, "I had previously purchased a 2008 Silverado 2500HD from another dealership in monmouth county. I went back to them to trade my truck in and was totally outraged at the handling of my trade and purchasing a new truck that I walked out of the store's showroom."
Needless to say when I arrived at Oasis Chevrolet a was prepared for a similar experience. However, my sales associate, Jon Wands did an outstanding job of listening, communicating and servicing my questions. He was careful not to over promise and was diligent in making sure that I was getting the truck that I wanted. He did an excellent job and I would recommend Oasis to others.

Several days ago I visited your showroom looking for a vehicle, namely a pick-up truck or possibly a SUV. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Chevy Avalanche. In this letter I just want to try to express to you my satisfaction with both your product and personel.
This car without a doubt is one of the best vehicles I ever owned. I have bad back and knees and this is vehicle fits my needs perfectly. Getting in and out is so easy for me and once inside it is so comfortable. The ride and handling are great! Chevy, in my humble opinion. did a great job in engineering this vehicle. I AM ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
On my first visit I met your salesman Joe Vivolo. He was just GREAT! He was professional. well versed in the product and also listened carefully to what I wanted in a vehicle. He led me to the vehicle I bought. Mr. Shanker (finance manager) and a manager whose name escapes me were also very professional and very helpful explaining things.
